Standard delivery usually takes around 2-3 business days for packages in the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany. Eu shipments will take around 7 business days. World Wide parcels could take op to 4 till 6 weeks, depending on local customs.

Products under warranty should be handled with care.

If the products arrive with visible defects, please take photos of them and send them our way. We will reach back out to clear up all the details.

We regret to inform you that I cannot process claims for products damaged during use. Once items are delivered in proper condition, their usage and maintenance become the customer's responsibility. We advise users to follow product guidelines and handle items with care. Any damages incurred during use, beyond initial delivery, will not be eligible for replacement or reimbursement.
