When I decided to start my 100-day meditation journey, I was filled with a mix of excitement and uncertainty. The thought of committing to a daily practice for such an extended period seemed daunting, but deep down, I knew it was exactly what I needed in my life that was in change a lot at that moment. Facing Challenges Head-On

As I delved further into my 100-day meditation journey, I encountered various challenges that tested my commitment and resolve. There were days when my mind raced with distractions, making it difficult to find a sense of calm. Other times, external factors like unexpected responsibilities or stressful situations threatened to derail my daily practice. However, I made a conscious effort to face these challenges head-on, viewing them as opportunities for growth and self-discovery. There were some days I didn’t make it in the morning to meditate, but I kept my promise and did my meditation just before I went to sleep. Each obstacle I overcame strengthened my dedication to the journey, reminding me of the importance of resilience and perseverance in pursuing personal transformation. Ultimately, these challenges taught me valuable lessons that I need a moment of ‘just nothing’ each day. Listen to my own inner voice or just try to keep my mind quiet for a few minutes (which is a challenge since I have a very creative mind full of ideas and thoughts).

Lessons Learned Along the Way

Throughout my 100-day meditation journey, I learned valuable lessons that have had a profound impact on my mind, body, and soul. I found much more clarity in the things I want and do in my life. If it is business related or personal things, it became all much more clear when I sat still a few minutes a day. These lessons have shaped my practice and deepened my understanding of myself and the world around me. These lessons have paved the way for a deeper sense of inner peace and harmony, as I continue on my path of self-discovery and personal growth.

Transformation: Mind, Body, and Soul

Throughout my 100-day meditation journey, transformation has been evident in all aspects of my being. Mentally, I have found greater clarity and focus in my thoughts, allowing me to approach each day with a calm and centered mindset. Physically, I have noticed improvements in my overall well-being, from increased energy levels to a stronger sense of bodily awareness (and thanks to a comfortable zabuton I had a great place to practice). And spiritually, I have felt a profound connection to something greater than myself, a sense of peace and acceptance that fills me with gratitude. I understand that life takes me in a direction that is needed for me, I just need the courage to listen to it. And that voice is inside me. 

As I move forward from this 100-day journey, I carry with me the lessons learned and the transformations experienced. I am excited to continue exploring the depths of my mind, body, and soul, knowing that the path to self-discovery is never-ending and always rewarding. With a newfound sense of purpose and inner strength, I am ready to embrace whatever challenges and joys come my way, knowing that I am equipped with the tools to navigate them with grace and resilience.
